What does the role involve?

As a member of our first class Credit Control team, you will consult with some of our key customers and clients carrying out credit control activities all whilst ensuring you are delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Some of your key duties will include:

Chasing debt whilst also supporting our clients
Highlight high risk accounts to senior management
To identify improvements which will enhance our customer experience.

What are we looking for?

You will be passionate about phenomenal customer service with a can-do attitude and not be afraid to learn new ways of working and gain knowledge of the invoice finance industry. You are engaging and approachable yet are able to have sometimes quite challenging conversations in order to find the best possible outcome for our clients. Ultimately you are a hard worker keen to join a team of like minded people who will guide and support you in being successful in this role!

Also, we're looking for the following:

Superb communication skills both on the telephone and written
Strong people skills with the ability to take initiative whilst relationship building
Ability to speak up and ask for help
IT literate and confident with learning new and multiple systems
