What does the role involve?
Reporting into our Contract Support Manager you'll be leading a team of 3 co-ordinators who support one of our key strategic customers with the management of vehicle administration for their company cars and operational fleet. Your team support the entire vehicle life cycle from quotations of new vehicles all the way through to end of lease contract agreements.
You'll join your team in working a weekly rotating shift pattern of 8am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5:30pm, spending your initial onboarding period largely office based and then moving to our hybrid ways of working which is 2 days per week in the office.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Ensuring team processes and controls are followed to enable KPI's to be met
- Carrying out reviews and implementing changes that drive efficiencies to the ways of working, adapting to the needs of the customer/Novuna as required
- Conducting all people management responsibilities with a focus on supporting team members with their continued professional development
- Being a point of escalation for our customer and providing regular regular updates to senior stakeholders

To be considered for this opportunity you'll be joining us as an experienced people manager who's strengths lie within process improvement, root cause analysis and developing your team members. You'll have the confidence to regularly liaise with our key strategic customers to ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes in line with agreed service levels
