What does the role involve?

As a Compliance Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all our vehicles are safe and legally compliant, by working closely with our suppliers to obtain and approve all vehicle compliance documentation following the vehicles checks. You'll be interacting suppliers to ensure vehicles undergo safety and compliance checks and all the relevant documentation and certificates are received on time and correct.

Some of your key duties will include:

Building a strong and positive rapport with suppliers to effectively manage tracking
Progressing receipt of all relevant compliance documentation and certificates
Challenging suppliers when docs are not received within SLA
Inbox Management

What are we looking for?

You're enthusiastic and enjoy delivering great customer service. You're also well organised and have good attention to detail.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills - preferably Excel
Ability to work on your own initiative
