What does the role involve?
Reporting into our Business Readiness Manager you'll manage business change effectively by ensuring it is considered from the perspective of those it will impact. You'll play a key role in identifying and managing critical readiness factors in the run up to go live and supporting the business post implementation, working collaboratively with delivery teams and business colleagues to put the right strategies in place for change to be successful and land well.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Ensuring that business changes and initiatives are implemented with the business culture, people and customers at the forefront of delivery
- Managing communication with key stakeholders, engaging business functions to prepare for business changes, including the relationships between project teams and the business
- Working with Project Managers to ensure plans and approaches for business readiness are documented and maintained and where appropriate lead business readiness activities
- Supporting upfront UAT and ensuring there are appropriate go live and post live support mechanisms in place to facilitate expedited resolution of issues and effectively embed the change

To be considered for this opportunity you'll be able to demonstrate a proven track record of change delivery across a variety of business functions with the ability to build strong relationships that will see you work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify business impacts and dependencies
- Knowledge and understanding of structured programme and project management techniques
- A self starter with a curious mindset and the ability to challenge constructively
- Exceptional time management skills and meticulously organised
