What does the role involve?

You will be given the responsibility of fielding all incoming leads and also proactively chasing outbound sales. You will get involved with onboarding and assisting with the training of new retailers, as well as closing your own deals. There will also be an element of going in search of new business as and when required.

Our office is based in Leeds but we're passionate about the benefits of hybrid working, all we ask is for a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Some of your key duties will include:

Retention and development of your assigned account portfolios
Continuous business improvement
Accessing industry intelligence to remain appraised of products and services being offered by competitors, and assessing and recommending comparable products and services for the business to develop and implement
Identifying and contacting new retail clients, ensuring profit percentage objectives are met

What are we looking for?

You will be someone who loves communicating and who is passionate about taking on this new role and running with it. You are articulate in your communication and confident in communicating on the phone. You are not afraid to put your ideas forward and try new ways of working to benefit the growth of the business!

Also, we're looking for the following:

Confidence on the phone and strong written communication
Ability to work collaboratively with senior colleagues
Abilty to interpret and understand the needs of the customer
Experience of analysing data and statistics, with a strong Excel skillset
Great decision making skills and able to manage your own workload and adhere to SLAs
