What does the role involve?

This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a career in Relationship or Account Management, as you'll work closely with the Relationship Managers and manage a caseload of accounts to support the business growth. At the same time as maintaining the relationships and assisting clients with their day-to-day requirements, you'll also ensure the security of our lending and identify discrepancies to client accounts whilst keeping a consistent high quality service throughout.

Some of your key duties will include:

Liaising with clients, keeping them up to date with any actions taken and issues arising on their accounts
Support the Relationship Managers and surrounding departments with account reviews
Act as a point of escalation to ensure a resolution can be implemented
Carry out admin tasks and be there to answer any client queries

What are we looking for?

Knowledge within the Financial Services or Banking sector would be highly appealing however a customer services background would suffice, as long as you are hungry to learn and develop. You're eager to deliver the best outcome in your service, whilst being a tenacious problem-solver who can think quickly on your feet.

Also, we're looking for the following:

Inquisitive mindset with great attention to detail
Invoice Finance experience is desirable
Able to negotiate with clients whilst maintaining professionalism
Organised and can manage a varied workload
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
