Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data and wants to take the first step towards a career in analytics? Are you comfortable working with spreadsheets and using Excel?

If your answer is 'yes' then keep reading.

Who we are.

At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're in an exciting phase of growth. As one of the UK's largest leasing companies, we support customers with the vehicles, funding, infrastructure and fleet management expertise they need to keep moving. We work across a diverse portfolio, from company car and salary sacrifice schemes through to complex, multi-asset fleets across cars, vans, HGVs and specialist assets. We also support personal leasing and SME customers through our established broker and dealer channels. With a 4.9 Trustpilot score and Distinction accreditation from The Institute of Customer Service, our Customer First culture is at the heart of how we help customers take control of today's fleet challenges while preparing for the future.

What you'll do.

Reporting to the Performance and Controls Team Leader, you'll join a team that supports key operational reporting and data management activities across the business. This role is predominantly administrative, focused on maintaining accurate data, producing regular reports, and ensuring information is distributed to the right people at the right time.

Whilst this isn't an analyst position, it will give you valuable exposure to data, reporting, continuous improvement and problem-solving, helping you build a strong foundation for future progression into more analytical roles at Novuna.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance at our Trowbridge office.

You'll also:

  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders
  • Maintain and update customer and operational records, ensuring data is accurate and complete
  • Carry out data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying more efficient ways of working and reporting

What you'll bring.

You're naturally curious, organised, and enjoy getting to the bottom of a problem. You thrive when working with data and spreadsheets, take pride in producing accurate work, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an enthusiasm for developing your career within data and analytics.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working with spreadsheets and possess advanced Excel skills
  • Are a proactive problem solver who enjoys investigating and resolving issues
  • Are keen to learn, develop new skills and explore a future career in data and analytics

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
