At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure. 

What you'll do. 

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:30. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully site-based at our Trowbridge office. 

Reporting to the Vehicle Solutions Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy site. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, contractors and suppliers, you'll ensure everything runs efficiently while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience. 

This role would suit someone with experience in reception, front-of-house, facilities, or customer service support, who is comfortable liaising with customers, visitors, and suppliers while managing multiple tasks and ensuring the smooth running of operations.

No two days are the same. You'll coordinate facilities and administrative activities, support internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and help ensure site operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

You'll also: 

  • Manage meeting rooms and support colleagues with desk and parking bookings
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, desk bookings and visitor management
  • Supporting operational teams with administrative and contract support activities
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, courier services and site logistics
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service levels
  • Supporting colleagues and visitors with site-related enquiries, including EV charging assistance
  • Monitoring and escalating facilities issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Taking ownership of tasks and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and site operations 

What you'll bring. 

Ideally, you'll have experience working in a similar role, but most of all, you'll be friendly and approachable, with energy, initiative and a practical, hands-on approach.  

You'll be highly organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support. 

You'll be someone who: 

  • Takes pride in delivering a great customer experience and making people feel welcome
  • Enjoys being hands-on and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when something needs doing
  • Can juggle different priorities and stay calm when things get busy
  • Builds positive relationships with colleagues, visitors and suppliers
  • Communicate  confidently and professionally, whether face-to-face, over the phone or by email
  • Is organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
