What you'll do.

This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in growing our business.

Working closely with our National New Business Lead, you'll focus on winning new clients, building strong partnerships, and helping us expand into new areas. You'll have the freedom to manage your own time, explore different sectors, and really make the role your own.

You'll be supported by a collaborative team who want you to succeed - and no two days will look the same

You'll also:

  • Win new business through a mix of inbound leads and proactive outreach
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities
  • Build and nurture senior relationships with retail partners
  • Represent Novuna at industry events and use networking to open new doors

What you'll bring.

We're looking for someone who understands the retail landscape and knows how to turn insight into opportunity. You'll be commercially minded, confident working with senior stakeholders, and comfortable making decisions that drive growth.

You'll be a great fit if you: 

  • Can build relationships and influence at a senior level
  • Use data and insight to guide decisions and improve performance
  • Have the knowledge to shape pricing, deals, or commercial agreements
