At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management expertise.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial & specialist asset customers operate their fleets safely and efficiently.

What you'll do.

In this impactful leadership role you'll be managing a team of fleet compliance controllers, ensuring we deliver great service to some major household names.  You'll be accountable for day-to-day people management, coaching, and motivation, ensuring consistent quality and performance against KPIs.  

You'll also:

  • Produce timely daily reports highlighting key risks and overdue events.
  • Represent the department in customer meetings and stakeholder discussions
  • Minimise downtime through proactive scheduling and smart event coordination
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, customer‑focused outcomes

What you'll bring.

You're process-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.  You're highly motivated by customer satisfaction, and want to be part of a team who put the customer at the heart of everything they do.  Ideally you'll also have some knowledge of the safety and legal aspects of vehicle compliance. 

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are a confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Have strong decision making skills and leadership skills.
  • Can use data to solve problems and improve performance.
  • Have worked with CPC and Operator Licence requirements or have the desire to learn
