At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management expertise. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial & specialist asset customers operate their fleets safely and efficiently.
What you'll do.
You'll lead a team of circa 8 Downtime Controllers who are responsible for proactively engaging with our garage network to ensure vehicle repairs are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and with minimal disruption to customers.
You will also act as the technical escalation point for complex downtime and VOR cases, using your HGV or transport background to support accurate diagnosis and resolution of vehicle issues.
