At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

You'll join our Specialist Assets Sales Team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions as National Sales Manager, leading a team of five experienced sales professionals. Your focus will be growing our footprint in the Utilities, Construction and Infrastructure sector—including water, gas and construction companies by winning new business and expanding key relationships to grow share of wallet with existing customers.

This is a high‑profile role in one of our most successful and profitable areas. You'll be working on some of the largest and most interesting assets we finance, with real influence over how the business continues to grow.

The role is field‑based, with travel to customers across the UK around 2–3 days a week, plus regular visits to our Trowbridge and Newbury offices to stay connected with the wider team.

You'll also:

  • Win new business by meeting prospects and customers, pitching Novuna, and responding to tenders
  • Lead, coach, and support a specialist sales team, helping them perform at their best
  • Spot new opportunities and work with colleagues to shape products, pricing, and financial models that make commercial sense and manage risk
  • Make sure the team is set up for success, with the right processes, controls, and focus to meet KPIs and grow sustainably

What you'll bring.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on sales leader who enjoys hunting new opportunities, leading people, and working on complex, high‑value deals in a fast‑growing and specialist part of the business.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Strong people leadership skills
  • A confident, friendly approach to building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Good commercial awareness, including pricing, deal assessment, and understanding financial data
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle leasing and fleet management (this is a big plus)
