What you'll do.

Reporting to our Head of Commercial Finance & Procurement, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on procurement at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. As Procurement Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of 60–70 strategic suppliers across key vehicle lifecycle services, including repair networks, glass replacement, safety inspections and tyre management.

You'll drive commercial value through supplier partnerships, category strategies, data-led insights and cost-saving initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help enhance efficiency, improve performance and deliver great customer outcomes.

You'll also:

  • Lead tenders and make commercial recommendations
  • Identifying cost-saving and spend optimisation opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver an effective procurement service
  • Develop dashboards and insights to support decision-making

What you'll bring.

If you're commercially minded, proactive and excited by the opportunity to shape and grow procurement capability, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll have strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing and supplier management with CIPS level 4 or above.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of leading tenders and delivering cost-saving initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with collaborative and relationship-driven approach
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
