What you'll do.

Reporting to our Change Delivery Manager, as a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic change across our Consumer Finance division, helping us create exceptional customer experiences while accelerating our digital transformation journey.

Working across a diverse portfolio of business and technology projects, you'll collaborate closely with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure change is successfully planned, managed, and embedded.  You'll build strong relationships with business sponsors and key stakeholders to drive engagement and deliver successful project outcomes.

You'll also:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and IT change projects, selecting and applying the most appropriate delivery methodology
  • Develop, monitor, and actively manage project plans to ensure objectives are achieved on time and within scope
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting on project progress, key milestones, and overall delivery performance

What you'll bring.

You'll be a skilled Change and IT Project Manager with a proven ability to lead multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  You'll have strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.

You'll be a great fit if you have: 

  • A strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including project management best practices, tools, and frameworks
  • Proven experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build consensus at all levels
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and resource allocation
  • A pragmatic and adaptable approach to project governance, controls, and delivery
