At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Reporting to the Performance and Controls Team Leader, you'll join a team that supports key operational reporting and data management activities across the business. This role is predominantly administrative, focused on maintaining accurate data, producing regular reports, and ensuring information is distributed to the right people at the right time.
Whilst this isn't an analyst position, it will give you valuable exposure to data, reporting, continuous improvement and problem-solving, helping you build a strong foundation for future progression into more analytical roles at Novuna.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance at either our Trowbridge or Newbury office.

You'll also:

  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders
  • Maintain and update customer and operational records, ensuring data is accurate and complete
  • Carry out data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying more efficient ways of working and reporting

You thrive when working with data and spreadsheets, take pride in producing accurate work, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an enthusiasm for developing your career within data and analytics. 

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working with spreadsheets and possess advanced Excel skills
  • Are a proactive problem solver who enjoys investigating and resolving issues
  • Are keen to learn, develop new skills and explore a future career in data and analytics
