Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Are you well organised with great attention to detail? Fancy helping us keep some of the UK's biggest vehicle fleets safely on the road?

If your answer is 'yes' then keep reading.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Who we are.

At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're in an exciting phase of growth. As one of the UK's largest leasing companies, we support customers with the vehicles, funding, infrastructure and fleet management expertise they need to keep moving. We work across a diverse portfolio, from company car and salary sacrifice schemes through to complex, multi-asset fleets across cars, vans, HGVs and specialist assets. We also support personal leasing and SME customers through our established broker and dealer channels. With a 4.9 Trustpilot score and Distinction accreditation from The Institute of Customer Service, our Customer First culture is at the heart of how we help customers take control of today's fleet challenges while preparing for the future.

What you'll do.

You'll be responsible for supporting our British Gas fleet and keeping vehicles moving. From the moment a van requires maintenance or repair through to getting it back on the road, you'll coordinate the full journey. You'll work closely with repairers, proactively managing progress, challenging delays and controlling costs to minimise downtime for our customers.

Please note that this role requires 50% attendance at our Trowbridge office. This is a full-time position and includes working one in every four Saturdays, with a day off in lieu provided the following week.

You'll also:

  • Organise any maintenance or repair work for scheduled or unscheduled work
  • Manage breakdowns and defects to ensure the vehicle is back on the road and process recharges
  • Complete daily reports on bookings to track progress and update our customers
  • Answer our customer calls and manage our shared inbox by responding to general enquiries

What you'll bring.

You'll bring experience from an automotive environment, ideally from a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or similar role, giving you a good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs. You're passionate about delivering a great customer experience, with a positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to challenge repairers when needed to get the best outcome for our customers. You'll be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your workload, while also being a collaborative team player.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are a confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Can juggle changing priorities and deadlines, staying organised and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Take a proactive, solution-focused approach and are comfortable taking ownership of issues through to resolution

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
