Do you have experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Workshop Controller, or in a similar automotive-based role? If not, do you have strong transferable skills gained from a fast-paced customer service or administration environment? Does a role that combines customer interaction, administration, and problem-solving sound like a good fit for your skills and personality?

If your answer is 'yes' then keep reading.

Who we are.

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

You'll be responsible for reviewing and authorising vehicle maintenance and repair requests, ensuring costs are accurate, justified, and in line with agreed supplier arrangements. Using your strong negotiation skills, you'll work with repairers to challenge costs where appropriate and help drive value for both our customers and the business.

This is a hybrid role, with 50% office attendance at Trowbridge. You'll work Monday–Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

You'll also:

  • Investigate and resolve supplier queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties
  • Keep customers regularly updated on the progress of their repairs, communicating in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and customers to ensure a seamless and high-quality service
  • Authorise fleet expenditure within delegated limits, negotiating with internal and external suppliers to ensure value for money and cost control

What you'll bring.

You are a proactive, customer-focused problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You're able to think on your feet, make timely and sound decisions, and ensure customers are always well supported. You bring strong communication and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues while consistently driving efficient and effective outcomes.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong IT skills and are proficient using Microsoft Office, as well as learning new systems and processes
  • Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Thrive in a busy environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Are proactive, resilient, and professional, with a positive attitude and a strong customer focus

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
