Who we are?

At Novuna Business Cash Flow, our expert team empowers UK businesses to realise their full potential by offering flexible cash flow solutions. Our customers are incredibly diverse, from start-ups to established firms across a wide range of industry sectors.

What you'll do.

Reporting to our Credit Control Team Leader, you'll join us as a Credit Controller playing a key role in supporting our customers by gaining a full understanding of their debt and ledger activity.

If you're already a Credit Controller, you'll have the opportunity to build on your expertise, manage more complex portfolios and influence customer outcomes. If you're new to the field, we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Telford, working on a hybrid basis. During onboarding, you'll spend more time in the office to help you settle in and set you up for success.

You'll also:

  • Manage credit control activities, including outstanding debts, payment collections and payment arrangements
  • Develop and support strategies to drive timely payments and improve cash flow
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members
  • Assist with reporting and MI of client portfolios

 What you'll bring.

We're looking for someone who is a confident communicator with a strong customer focus and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You might already have credit control experience and be looking for your next step, or you could come from a customer-focused or administrative background and be keen to develop a career in this area. Either way, we'll support your growth.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Enjoy problem-solving and finding solutions
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and processes (experience with tools like Esker or Salesforce is a bonus, not essential)

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
