Who we are

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands, at Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do

In this varied role, you'll coordinate and deliver our customer events programme and create value-add experiences that bring our brand to life. From advisory forums and strategic hospitality to industry specific events, you'll support the whole event journey. Reporting to our Digital and Performance Marketing Manager, you'll help grow our events programme, connecting customers and creating meaningful experiences that truly make a difference.

You'll source venues, coordinate speakers, manage invites, organise materials and merchandise, support exhibition stands, arrange travel and accommodation, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. 

This is a hybrid role, requiring 50% attendance at our Trowbridge office.

You'll also

  • Build trusted relationships with venues, suppliers and internal teams
  • Manage attendee lists and invitations, keeping everything on track
  • Support both lead generation events and customer engagement activities
  • Gather feedback and insights to help shape how we work with customers

What you'll bring

You are someone who thrives on being organised and loves seeing an event come together. You're enthusiastic, observant and brilliant at keeping track of the details that make an event feel seamless. You're a great listener who's keen to create experiences people remember. You'll bring energy, a can-do attitude, and a thoughtful approach to every event you support.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a background in B2B event planning or coordination
  • Show strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Are comfortable working outside standard hours when events require it
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
