At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Reporting into our Fleet Control Team Leader, you'll be part of a team ring fenced for our MOD contract. In this varied role, you'll be responsible for coordinating vehicle compliance, servicing, and scheduled maintenance to keep fleets safe, compliant, and operational. You'll work to minimise vehicle downtime while ensuring all maintenance records, documentation, and certification are accurately received, updated, and maintained.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance at our Trowbridge office.

You'll also:

  • Handle customer enquiries relating to vehicle maintenance, compliance, and downtime, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and compliance events, liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure work is completed on time
  • Manage vehicle breakdowns and defects, working with repair providers to minimise downtime and restore vehicles to service quickly

You're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment. You can manage multiple priorities while remaining calm, organised, and professional. With a proactive, can-do attitude, you challenge where needed to achieve the best outcome for customers. You work well independently, use your initiative, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in a workshop, service, or fleet environment, with a basic understanding of maintenance
  • Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Can prioritise a busy workload and work effectively within established processes
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel
