At Novuna Business Finance, we operate across various business sectors, we have many products available for customers, intermediaries and smaller asset finance funders. Our flexible, tailored funding solutions help businesses purchase equipment and stock, invest in new technology, and invest in growth plans.  We also support manufacturers and dealerships by offering flexible funding solutions to their customers.

What you'll do.

We're on the lookout for a detail-driven, analytically minded team player to join us at Novuna Business Finance in a part-time role (14.5 hours/week, Thursdays and Fridays). You'll be reporting directly to our Financial Controller and become an integral part of our collaborative, forward-thinking finance team.

This is more than just a job — it's an opportunity to sharpen your skills, work with fantastic colleagues, and make a real impact in a dynamic financial environment. You'll be the go-to person for banking activities, helping us stay on top of our operations and supporting wider business success.

You'll also be:

  • Keeping our cash log crystal clear by downloading and inputting bank statements
  • Performing bank reconciliations using Oracle Fusion
  • Accurately matching payments to our Alfa system and spotting any mismatches
  • Investigating and resolving un-reconciled transactions — you'll be our financial detective!

What you'll bring.

You enjoy working in collaboration within your team and the wider business. You have a keen eye for detail and are not afraid to challenge your stakeholders when something doesn't look quite right. You come with excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage your own workload.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A sharp eye for detail and the confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Top-notch organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with finance systems
