Are you a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager with a background in fleet, automotive or vehicle maintenance? Do you enjoy leading people, solving problems and delivering great service? Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day?

If your answer is 'yes' then keep reading.

Who we are.

At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're passionate about driving the future of mobility. Working with some of the UK's best-known brands, we help organisations transition to smarter, more sustainable fleets through electric vehicles, alternative fuels and fleet electrification. From advising on vehicle and infrastructure strategies to supporting the rollout of charging solutions, our people are at the heart of creating innovative, customer-focused solutions that keep businesses moving forward.

What you'll do.

You'll lead a team of circa 11 Downtime Controllers who support customers with vehicle downtime, working closely with our garage network to ensure repairs to light commercial vehicles (LCVs) are completed efficiently, cost-effectively and with minimal disruption.

You'll be responsible for driving team performance, coaching and developing your people, and acting as an escalation point for more complex downtime cases. Working collaboratively across the business, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

You'll also:

  • Leading the day-to-day performance of the Downtime team, ensuring excellent service and customer outcomes.
  • Supporting your team with escalated vehicle downtime and repair queries.
  • Building strong relationships with our garage network and internal stakeholders to deliver a collaborative "one team" approach.
  • Driving continuous improvement by reviewing processes, identifying trends and implementing solutions

What you'll bring.

You'll have a background in fleet, automotive or vehicle maintenance and enjoy leading, coaching and supporting others to achieve great results. Whether you're currently a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager, you'll be confident motivating people, making decisions and delivering an excellent service for customers. You'll ideally have knowledge of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and an understanding of vehicle downtime (VOR), with the confidence to support your team when more complex queries arise.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Lead, coach or support others to achieve team goals
  • Have knowledge of LCVs, fleet management, vehicle maintenance or the automotive industry.
  • Understand vehicle downtime (VOR) and the importance of minimising disruption for customers
  • Enjoy solving problems and improving the way things are done.

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:
