From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

We have an exciting 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity within our Purchasing team, based in Newbury.
This role requires three days a week in the office, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with your colleagues and build strong working relationships.

Reporting to the Purchasing Team Leader, you'll play a key part in managing vehicle orders within our system, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also coordinate deliveries between our customers and suppliers, helping to keep the process seamless and efficient.

 

You'll also be:

  • Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with all suppliers
  • Managing the team inbox's to ensure things are dealt with quickly and accurately
  • Maintaining core systems and department reports; advising internal customers of any queries and delays to their orders
  • Taking responsibility for processing all vehicle orders within the system and co-ordinating deliveries between our customers and suppliers

You're someone who thrives on building strong relationships  both internally and externally  and you genuinely love delivering great service. Your keen eye for detail is something you're proud of, and it shows in everything you do.

 

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • A strong team player who works well with colleagues and contributes to a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Confident using IT systems, with working knowledge of Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring work is completed quickly, accurately, and to a high standard.
  • Self‑motivated and well‑organised, able to use your own initiative and effectively prioritise your workload.
