Who we are.

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

You'll join our team of Downtime Controllers supporting our customers in keeping their vehicles on the road. When vehicles go in for maintenance or repair, you'll be monitoring progress and chasing garages to ensure the downtime is kept to a minimum, liaising with the customer throughout. 

Attendance of our Trowbridge office is required 3 days per week, though this may vary during your initial training period.

You'll also:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and answer general enquiries regarding vehicle downtime 
  • Deal with customer or service provider queries, progressing and resolving events/complaints 
  • Action assigned jobs and make outbound calls to garages to chase progress
  • Frequently update customers with the progress of their repairs in a polite, friendly and concise manner 

What you'll bring.

You've previously worked in a role focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You bring a positive, can-do attitude and are confident in raising questions or suggestions to ensure the best outcome for the customer. You thrive under pressure, adapting to changing deadlines while maintaining a calm and professional approach.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are committed and determined to see tasks through to completion
  • Deliver accurate work with strong attention to detail
  • Are comfortable handling multiple telephone calls throughout the day
