What you'll do.

Reporting to our Senior Commercial Finance Manager, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of procurement at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.

As our Procurement Manager, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving, innovative vehicle business, driving commercial value through strategic supplier partnerships, data-driven decision making, and impactful cost optimisation initiatives. You'll work across a diverse range of categories and projects, influencing key business decisions and delivering outcomes that make a real difference to both our customers and our bottom line.

This is a highly visible role where you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, challenge thinking, uncover opportunities, and help drive continuous improvement. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a tangible impact, you'll feel right at home here.

You'll also:

  • Lead high-value tenders and provide commercially focused recommendations

  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver outstanding procurement outcomes
  • Help shape procurement strategy in a business that's constantly evolving and innovating

What you'll bring.

If you're a commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys influencing decisions, building strong relationships and delivering tangible business value, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll bring a solid procurement background gained within a large corporate environment, along with the commercial curiosity and drive to spot opportunities, challenge thinking and improve outcomes. Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with the finer details, you'll enjoy getting under the skin of the business, learning quickly and turning insight into action.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new challenges and is excited by the opportunity to shape and enhance procurement capability in a growing and evolving business.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Strong knowledge of leading tenders and delivering cost-saving initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with collaborative and relationship-driven approach
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
