What you'll bring.

You're a commercially minded leader who thrives on driving performance through others. You're equally comfortable analysing data, challenging suppliers, coaching managers and influencing senior stakeholders. You'll have a strong understanding of supplier and network management within an automotive, fleet, aftersales or operational environment and will be motivated by delivering positive outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have significant experience leading geographically dispersed teams within automotive, fleet, supplier, network or operational environments
  • Can demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including managing supplier performance, rates, rebates and service delivery
  • Have a track record of delivering measurable improvements through KPIs, performance reviews and structured improvement plans
