What does the role involve?

Reporting into the Lead PMO, you'll be responsible for overseeing governance across all change initiatives. You'll ensure that robust governance and assurance processes are in place and that all change activities are delivered in line with agreed standards and best practices. This position plays a key role in maintaining consistency, transparency, and accountability within the change management framework.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Leeds office. You'll work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Work independently to handle day-to-day and ad hoc queries via a centralised inbox, providing guidance, training, and upskilling where needed
• Conduct Governance Health Checks to ensure all change initiatives meet governance standards and follow the correct processes through checklists and compliance reviews
• Facilitate change initiation meetings to review new change proposals, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate discussions with relevant stakeholders
• Play a key role in the Medium-Term Plan (MTP) process by consolidating inputs, verifying accuracy, and ensuring programme and project managers have completed submissions correctly prior to final review
• Prepare presentation packs for senior leadership team (SLT) governance meetings, collating and organising information for review and decision-making
