What does the role involve?

As National Sales Manager, you'll report to the Head of Sales – Europe and play a key role in developing and retaining customer and vendor relationships. You'll be based in Ireland, travelling flexibly to support existing clients and uncover new opportunities.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Identifying and developing new opportunities across sectors, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Managing and nurturing customer and vendor relationships
  • Building deep knowledge of the local market, including asset types, vendors, and legal requirements
  • Conducting credit due diligence and preparing credit proposals and vendor applications
  • Making recommendations to the Credit and Leadership Team, highlighting risks and mitigants

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a tenacious, energetic sales professional who's ready to grow our portfolio and make a real impact. You'll be customer-focused, confident working with multiple stakeholders, and comfortable in an international environment.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

  • Knowledge of asset finance / commercial lending 
  • Solid understanding of credit underwriting and collections
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively
