At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

As a Supplier Management Graduate, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Supplier Management and Build team, you will support the resolution of issues, manage competing priorities, and apply sound judgement alongside strong organisational skills. This role offers valuable cross-functional exposure and the chance to make a real strategic impact by driving improvements in preferred supplier performance. 

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our Trowbridge office.

You'll also:

  • Manage our supplier register and leading the onboarding process for new suppliers
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure contracts are current and service level agreements (SLAs) meet business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and supplier networks, acting as the main point of escalation
  • Prepare and deliver monthly supplier performance reports for key stakeholders

What you'll bring.

You're a recent graduate with a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree. Highly organised and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at juggling multiple priorities with ease. Self-motivated and proactive, you take initiative, stay on top of your tasks, and aren't afraid to speak up or challenge ideas to make a real impact.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • A creative thinker with a knack for bringing fresh perspectives to projects
  • A collaborative communicator, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels
  • Adaptable and flexible - you thrive in dynamic environments
  • Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus, but not essential
