Who we are.

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

You'll support our customers keep their vehicles on the road. When vehicles go in for maintenance or repair, you'll be monitoring progress and chasing garages to ensure the downtime is kept to a minimum, liaising with the customer throughout. 

You'll be based in our Trowbridge office 3 days per week. Please note, office attendance may vary during the initial training period.

This role has an on-call element and will work on a roster, for which sufficient notice will be provided.

You'll also:

  • Ensure that all repairs are duly authorised before the supplier commences work and all details are entered accurately on to the system.
  • Ensure that when authorising repairs, the maintenance history on the vehicle is checked thoroughly.
  • Make sure all repairs carried out are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner, with minimum disruption to the customer.
  • Source cost effective new and used parts to assist suppliers and to alleviate vehicle downtime.

What you'll bring.

You've previously worked in a job that involves delivering excellent customer service. You always adopt a can-do attitude and are confident in challenging where required to ensure the best possible outcome is received for the customer. You're able to work well with ever-changing deadlines and remain calm under pressure. 

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Are committed and relentless to seeing things through 
  • Have the ability to deliver accurate work, with great attention to detail 
  • Are comfortable making and taking multiple telephone calls daily.
