What you'll do.

In this part time, fixed term role you will report to our Driver line Team Leader and be part of the team who are the first point of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle. Whether that's a company car driver who's headlight is out or a commercial van driver who's dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call. You'll be ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance quickly and professionally.

This role is 18 hours per week over 4 days and is fixed for 3 months.

We operate a hybrid working approach whereby after an initial training period spent full time in the office, attendance of the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 2 days per week (one of these must be a Wednesday) 

You'll also:

  • Take inbound calls from our customers.
  • Make contact with our garage network to book vehicles in for repair 
  • Arrange hire vehicles were appropriate for our customers 
  • Monitor the shared email mailbox and carrying out admin duties as required 

What you'll bring.

You'll have previous customer service experience as well as enjoy being on the phone and confident with both inbound and outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills and customer centric mindset will see you go above and beyond to keep our customers on the road.
