    Who we are.

    From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

    What you'll do.

    You will be part of the team who are responsible for ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance quickly and professionally. You will support with administration of vehicles going into garages, through outbound calls to our network of garages and suppliers. 

    You'll be based in our Trowbridge office but we're passionate about hybrid working. Attendance of the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 3 days per week. Please note, office attendance may vary during the initial training period.

    You'll also:

    • Make contact with our garage network to book vehicles in for repair 
    • Arrange hire vehicles were appropriate for our customers 
    • Monitor the shared email mailbox and carry out admin duties as required 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers 
    • Support internal teams within operations with any queries  

    What you'll bring.

    You're passionate about great customer service and thrive on helping get problems solved. You enjoy multitasking with a key eye for detail. You like to structure your day to be organised as well as work in a flexible way to prioritise tasks when required. 

    You'll be a great fit if you are:

    • Able to work on your own initiative, remaining calm and professional under pressure
    • Solution-oriented and able to think outside of the box
    • IT literate, particularly within Excel
    • A strong team player
