What you'll do.

As a Data Cleansing Administrator, you'll join our Technical Services team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in improving the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data across our systems, ensuring that business information is reliable, consistent, and up to date. Working closely with various departments, you will review, validate, update, and cleanse large volumes of data while identifying and resolving inconsistencies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

To support your onboarding and training, you'll work Monday to Friday from our Trowbridge office for your first two weeks. Following this initial training period, you'll transition to a hybrid working arrangement, with 50% of your time spent in the office.

You'll also:

  • Review, cleanse, and maintain data records across multiple databases and systems
  • Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated records and take corrective action against SLAs
  • Validate data against internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies

What you'll bring.

You're highly organised, detail-focused and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You are naturally observant and analytical, with a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies and finding practical solutions. A collaborative team player, you enjoy building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different levels of the business.You'll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for improving processes and data quality. 

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
  • Are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys investigating issues, analysing information, and using initiative to find solutions
  • Have a curious, self-motivated approach to learning and can work independently while contributing positively to a project team
