At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

As a Customer Fleet Manager you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of a portfolio of specialist customer accounts. 

This 12-month FTC offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including Account Management, Build and Remarketing, and our Operational teams. Acting as a key day-to-day liaison, you'll bridge the gap between Operational teams, Account Managers, and customers, working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. You'll develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders such as Transport Managers, fleet teams, and internal leaders.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Trowbridge office. 

You'll also:

  • Be the first point of contact for issues, taking responsibility for the coordination of resolution and providing regular updates to the customer
  • Monitor and manage end to end operational oversight of the customer's fleet on a day to day basis to ensure we continue to deliver optimal performance against KPI's
  • Liaise with internal teams to push for the best possible outcome for our customers
  • Support our Account Managers with customer review meetings

You have strong communication skills and excel at building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You're proactive in your approach and quick to identify and resolve issues as they arise. You'll bring strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, with a clear commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our customers.

  • The ability to manage your time and workload effectively, identifying tasks that need priority focus
  • The ability to influence stakeholders to reach resolutions
