What does the role involve?
Reporting to our Credit Control Team Leader, as a Credit Controller – Receivable Specialist, you'll support customers by understanding all debt and ledger activity. You'll build strong relationships with customers and will help them understand how debtors operate so they can optimise their working capital.
You'll join our friendly and supportiveteam who are based in Telford on a hybrid basis. Frequent travel to the office is required during the onboarding period but the expectation will be one day per month thereafter. The training will help to set you up for success and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
