Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, as our Commercial Finance Business Partner you'll play a key role in shaping the profitability of our fleet portfolio. Your insight will help us uncover opportunities, elevate performance, and guide important commercial decisions. You'll also lead a wonderful team of three, supporting them through coaching, collaboration, and encouragement — helping them grow both personally and professionally.
