What does the role involve?

Reporting directly to the Tactical Manager, you will play a key role as part of our Tactical Campaign Team. Your primary focus will be to lead the negotiation, procurement, and delivery of market-leading tactical sales campaigns for the SME and Personal Leasing channels. You'll work closely with dealers, OEMs, and brokers, building strong relationships and leveraging these partnerships to create revenue opportunities across all Novuna Vehicle Solutions sales channels.

This role is based at our Newbury office and offers hybrid working, with three days per week spent onsite. Must be able to travel to events (full UK driving licence essential)

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, manufacturers, and brokers to secure competitive opportunities
  • Leading negotiations and manage procurement to deliver innovative, market-leading tactical sales campaigns for the SME and Personal Leasing channels
  • Tracking and reporting campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum impact
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to understand their objectives and align tactical deals to drive overall performance
  • Supporting the operational team with the launching, marketing, and maintaining of our tactical campaigns

Also, we're looking for the following: 

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong decision-making capability, supported by clear rationale and sound judgment
  • Organised able to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry is advantageous but not essential
