Who we are.

At Novuna, we care about building a better tomorrow. With a focus on sustainability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we provide consumers and businesses with the capital they need to realise their ambitions. Like any successful business, our corporate functions are essential to keeping the organisation running smoothly, with each team playing a key role in helping us achieve our goals and serve our customers.

What you'll do.

You'll join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, and play a critical role in attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across Novuna, with a primary focus on supporting our Vehicle Solutions business. As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll manage end-to-end hiring for a varied portfolio of roles, working closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs, identify talent and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Alongside managing current hiring requirements, you'll proactively build talent pipelines, provide market insight and support the continuous evolution of our Talent Acquisition approach.

You'll also:

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for business-critical and hard-to-fill vacancies.
  • Proactively source talent through market mapping, networking and headhunting to build strong pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Coach and support hiring managers on attraction, selection and onboarding best practice to improve quality of hire and candidate experience.
  • Lead talent acquisition projects and process improvements while supporting the development of colleagues within the wider TA team.

What you'll bring.

You'll be a credible and commercially minded Talent Acquisition specialist who understands that great hiring goes beyond filling vacancies. You enjoy building talent pipelines, advising leaders on recruitment strategy and using market intelligence to support business decisions. You'll bring a consultative approach, strong influencing skills and a genuine passion for helping people and teams succeed.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have significant experience managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
  • Build credibility quickly and develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Have strong knowledge of recruitment technology, social media attraction strategies and talent pipelining techniques.
  • Enjoy coaching, influencing and driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and practices.

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • Company car or cash alternative – with fantastic EV incentives
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
