From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Working in a friendly and energetic team, you'll be providing support to brokers who sell our vehicles and services to individual customers and small-medium sized businesses. You'll be allocated several brokers to work with, whereby you'll build relationships as well as providing support to see through deals. You will play a fundamental part in providing administrative support within the Associates Sales Support Team.

This is a hybrid role, with 50% office attendance at Newbury. You'll work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week — no evenings or weekends required.

You'll also:

  • Respond to telephone and email queries from brokers
  • Provide support with quotations and sales administration
  • Ensure the order process for new vehicles goes as smoothly as possible
  • Maintain and organically grow relationships with brokers 

What you'll bring.

You're enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are comfortable following processes to ensure vehicles reach our customers in line with their expectations. When it comes to building great relationships, you are an effective communicator and have confidence to liaise with brokers. Attention to detail and accuracy are also two of your key strengths.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are confident using IT systems and have strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Have a professional and friendly telephone manner, with a genuine commitment to excellent customer service
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
