At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
We're looking for four driven graduates who bring ambition, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to succeeding in financial sales. In return, you'll gain the experience, skills and support needed to grow into a future leader.
This is a hybrid role requiring 50% office attendance and travel across both our Newbury and Trowbridge offices. A Full UK driving licence is required.
Across the two-year programme, you'll gain hands-on experience through structured rotations within both sales and sales-support functions at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.
You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree. In addition to this, you demonstrate strong potential for future sales leadership, along with a mature, long-term perspective that recognises the investment and opportunities this programme offers.

Apply for the programme via careers.novuna.co.uk and answer a few questions about your motivation and interest in sales.
We will then ask you to complete a situational judgement test. This focuses on how you would respond to typical workplace situations and helps us assess your approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Next, we will ask you to complete a recorded video of yourself answering a few questions.
If you progress through all stages, we will invite you to an in-person assessment centre. Following the day, we’ll contact you with feedback, and maybe even a job offer!
