Do you get a buzz from helping people? Are you curious about technology and enjoy figuring things out? Comfortable using Windows 11, Office, or everyday desktop apps?

If your answer is 'yes'  then keep reading.

Who we are.

At Novuna, we care about building a better tomorrow. With a focus on sustainability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we provide consumers and businesses with the capital they need to realise their ambitions. Like any successful business, our corporate functions are essential to keeping the organisation running smoothly, with each team playing a key role in helping us achieve our goals and serve our customers.

What you'll do.

You'll join our friendly, on‑site IT team in Staines, reporting to the End User Computing Manager. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on, and people‑focused role, where you'll support colleagues with their day‑to‑day IT needs.

You'll gain valuable practical experience in a corporate IT environment, learning from experienced team members while developing your technical knowledge, customer service skills, and problem‑solving abilities.

We'll provide full training, guidance, and on‑the‑job learning to help you succeed. This role is designed to give you strong foundations for a career in IT.

This position is based on site at our Staines office, five days per week.

You'll also:

  • Be the first point of contact for IT issues logged through ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve everyday IT and desktop issues
  • Set up and manage IT equipment for new starters, movers, and leavers
  • Create simple “how‑to” guides to help prevent repeat issues

What you'll bring.

You enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone taking their first step into an IT career. You're confident building relationships, enjoy solving problems, and most importantly, have a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy helping others and delivering great customer service
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are organised and comfortable following processes
  • Are eager to learn, ask questions, and develop new skills

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
