From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
We're looking for a motivated HR Advisor to join our team on a 12 month FTC, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner. This role supports colleagues and people leaders in our Vehicle Solutions business unit, where you'll have plenty of opportunity to make a real impact beyond day-to-day operations.
You'll handle a varied caseload of employee relations (ER) matters, offering sound advice and coaching to managers on best practice. You'll also have the opportunity to support on organisational development and contribute to the delivery of our People Plan, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the business and helping you develop as a commercially minded HR practitioner.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Trowbridge office.
