Your main focus will be supporting our regular internal communication channels by creating clear and engaging content for our intranet, monthly magazine, and email updates. You'll work closely with the Group Internal Communications Manager to bring stories to life and maintain the daily content that keeps our colleagues informed and connected.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our Leeds office. Some travel to Novuna's head office (Staines) and other UK sites (Newbury, Trowbridge and Telford) may be required up to 1-2 days per quarter to support filming and colleague events.
You'll also:
You're a confident and enthusiastic writer who is eager to develop your craft. You've got a way with words and most importantly, a genuine interest in shaping stories that bring people together. You're self-motivated and organised, happy to handle both the creative and administrative sides of the role. We're looking for someone willing to harness existing skills and develop new ones with support from the Internal Communications team.
